Brian Halliday

Consultant cardiologist and senior lecturer

Biography

Brian Halliday is a consultant cardiologist specialising in cardiomyopathy and cardiovascular magnetic resonance at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. He is also a senior lecturer at Imperial College London. He has been a British Heart Foundation Intermediate Fellow since 2021.

He works across sites at Royal Brompton, Harefield and St Thomas' Hospitals

He has written many high-impact papers published in international journals including The Lancet and Circulation. He is on the editorial board of European Heart Journal and Circulation Cardiovascular Imaging and a member of the research committee of the British Society of Heart Failure.
