About the immunobullous service, part of our inflammatory skin disease service.

Infection service

The infection service runs a number of specialist clinics for direct referral of patients with non-acute conditions. The outpatient services are based both at St Thomas' and Guy's Hospitals and focus on virology, microbiology and infectious diseases.

Inflammatory bowel disease service

We offer a specialist service for sufferers of inflammatory bowel disease, specialising in Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and other forms of inflammatory bowel disease.

Inherited metabolic diseases (adult)

We are one of the main IMD centres in the UK offering treatment to patients with all types of IMDs.

Inpatient pain service

Our inpatient pain team visit patient's stayinng on our wards to help them manage their pain.

We run world-class pain management courses for people from all over the UK. The courses aim to improve your quality of life and help you learn skills to better respond to your pain.

Integrated heart failure service (community)

Our specialist community heart failure nursing and pharmacy service aims to help you to manage your condition better.

Integrated heart failure service (hospital)

Our heart failure service treats patients who have symptoms caused by problems with the pumping muscle of their heart.

Interventional cardiology services

Interventional cardiology procedures are generally ones that need instruments to be inserted through the skin and into the body to treat the heart

Interventional radiology

Interventional radiology is offered at both of our hospitals by appointment only. Please remember to check your appointment letter before you come for your scan.
