We provide a full range of services for residents of Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham, as well as specialist services for patients from across London, the south east and further afield.

Obstetric haematology services

Our obstetric haematology service is for patients who are either pregnant or planning to get pregnant and have a blood condition.

Obstetric medicine service

The Obstetric Medicine team offer specialist multidisciplinary care for women who develop medical problems in pregnancy or those who have pre-existing medical problems.

Occupational therapy services

Occupational therapy services work with patients to help them carry out the activities of daily living, such as getting dressed or going to the shops

Oesophago-gastric cancer services

We a regional specialist centre for cancer of the oesophagus and stomach, offering full care for all upper GI cancers.

Older persons assessment unit (OPAU)

Our older persons assessment unit (OPAU) at Guy's Hospital, provides outpatient services for people over 65.

Older person's physiotherapy

Physiotherapy in the older person's assessment unit (OPAU) at Guy's Hospital has been developed to provide high quality care for older adults in the local area.

Oral dermatology service

The oral dermatology service provides care for patients with severe mucocutaneous diseases such as pemphigus, pemphigoid and lichen planus.

Orthotic community service

Our community orthotic service provides a range of orthoses (artificial aids that support/correct unstable and/or painful joints).

Osteoporosis screening

Osteoporosis screening uses x-rays to measure the density of bones to assess whether you have or are likely to develop osteoporosis.
