Referrals
We accept referrals from GPs and practice nurses.
GP referrals
All NHS GP referrals must be submitted using the NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS). Referrals sent by email or post from NHS GPs will not be processed.
Referral criteria
We accept referrals for patients who:
- are at least 16 years old with breathlessness on exertion due to a confirmed respiratory cause, and
- have had lung function tests within the last 2 years (please include this with the referral)
