The quickest and easiest way to give us your feedback is to speak to a member of staff caring for you or your relative or friend.

If you're staying in hospital, ask to speak to your matron or ward sister.

We also have comment cards in most departments and wards. These are quick and easy to fill in. You can either give it to a member of staff or post it in one of the comment boxes around our hospitals.
