Surgeons, wearing green scrubs, are in an operating theatre using the new Hugo robot system

Guy's and St Thomas' has the largest robotic surgery programme in the UK, with an impressive 10 robots across 9 surgical specialties.

The robotic surgery landscape is rapidly evolving, with more robots coming to market every year, and an increasing number of specialties starting to operate robotically.

This seminar will provide an insight into the history of robotic surgery at the Trust, what we have achieved so far, and where we see the Trust’s position in the robotic surgery landscape of the future.

Hear from leading clinicians on how they started their successful programmes, what impact these are having on their patients, and what research and innovation they are involved in.
