The Fat Controller visits Evelina London

Thomas the Tank Engine’s Fat Controller took some time off from his duties on the railway to deliver presents to patients at Evelina London Children’s Hospital this week.

Reverend Awdry originally created Thomas the Tank Engine to cheer up his son when he was sick. In the same spirit, Thomas and Friends are celebrating Christmas by helping the Fat Controller deliver presents to children in hospitals across the UK and Ireland.
