Friends and Family Test results - September

Inpatients who completed the Friends and Family Test at Guy's and St Thomas' gave our hospitals a score of 79 in September.

Scores from A&E patients continue to improve - up to 63 in September from 34 in July.

Debbie Parker, Deputy Chief Nurse says: "We're really pleased that patients are taking the time to let us know what they think by completing the Friends and Family Test.

"It is only by listening to our patients and finding out what really matters to them that we can improve the care that we give to every single patient. 

"I would encourage all of our patients - especially those attending A&E - to continue providing this important feedback."
