Going to Guy's Hospital?

Closures of Tooley Street may affect patients, staff and visitors to Guy’s from this weekend until February 2018. The closures will allow the Thameslink Programme to continue their improvement works at London Bridge station.

Over the Bank Holiday weekend, from 1am on Saturday 30 April until 6am on Tuesday 3 May 2016, Tooley Street will be closed in both directions between Borough High Street and Bermondsey Street.

From Tuesday 3 May until February 2018, Tooley Street will be closed to eastbound traffic. This will affect several bus routes (47, 343, 381, N381, N199 and RV1) and people planning to drive to Guy’s. Traffic will be diverted via Borough High Street, Great Dover Street and Tower Bridge Road.
