Read the latest issue of The GiST

The new issue of our quarterly magazine the GiST is now out.

In this edition we talk to Jamie Williams, who thought he would lose his hand after an accident with a saw last summer. Thanks to the hard work of his surgeon and our hand therapy team, he has now got almost all his strength and movement back.

You can also hear from three patients who have successfully taken control of their weight with the help of our patient support groups.

Issue 17 of the GiST is available from stands at both Guy’s and St Thomas’ hospitals, in our health centres in Lambeth and Southwark, and in other local community facilities.
