Test new medical technology – join our focus group

We need volunteers to test two new state-of-the-art electronic technologies to be used by hospital bedsides at Guy’s and St Thomas’.

A focus group of patients and carers will look at ‘ePMA’, a system for prescribing and administering patient medicines, and ‘e-Noting’, a system to record a patient’s hospital notes.

The group, led by a member of staff, will discuss the two systems and explore how using them on bedside devices can help to improve patient care.

Volunteers who are interested in taking part can do so by filling in the focus group application form (Word 118Kb).

Everything said in the discussion will be treated in confidence. Identities outside the group will not be disclosed without written permission.

Transport to the hospital can be arranged and refreshments will be provided throughout the session.
