Adam Shaw
Consultant clinical geneticist
Biography
Adam Shaw has been a consultant in clinical genetics and joint lead for cancer genetics at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust since 2010.
Before this he was an honorary consultant and senior lecturer at Great Ormond Street Hospital and University College London where he led research studies in Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome and Marshall-Smith syndrome.
He is a:
- member of the British Society for Human Genetics (council member 2010 to 2013)
- member of the Noonan syndrome guideline development group
- medical advisor to the Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome UK support group and the International Marshall-Smith syndrome support group
