Biography
Jugdeep Dhesi works in the perioperative medicine for older people undergoing surgery (POPS) service.
She is an honorary professor at King’s College London and associate professor at University College London.
She has a wide education and training portfolio, having established innovative allied health professional, foundation and specialist registrar training programmes in perioperative medicine, co-authored e-learning and master of science (MSc) modules, and multiple textbook chapters.
She is also deputy director for Centre for Perioperative Care, president elect for British Geriatrics Society, and is involved in national steering, advisory and guideline groups (NELA, RCoA, BGS, NICE).
