Biography
Rebekah Schiff has been a consultant geriatrician and general physician at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust since 2004. She is also an honorary reader at King’s College London.
She has extensive experience in the healthcare of older adults across both hospital and community settings, including hospital@home.
Rebekah was service lead for the department of ageing and health from 2009 to 2018. During this time, she played a key role in developing an integrated care pathway for older adults across Lambeth and Southwark. Her current clinical work includes inpatient care for older adults, the cardiology older persons’ service, acute general medicine, and hospital@home.
She also leads a 1-year clinical fellowship programme for resident doctors, focusing on integrated care for older adults, research, and education.
