We realise that the difficulties associated with trying to conceive can be stressful. We believe counselling is an essential part of treatment and encourage you to see a counsellor.
Counselling gives you support from a trained professional who understands what is involved in your treatment and offers you the time to talk over your options or concerns. Most people find that having someone to discuss this with makes all the difference between feeling stressed and worried, to feeling able to cope.
Our counsellors are trained to support you through a range of issues, before, during or after your treatment.
We'll offer you an appointment to see one of our counsellors.
Appointments are available face-to-face, by telephone or by video.
Coaching service
Email: [email protected]
Times: Thursday, 2pm to 5pm
Coaching is provided by one of our qualified coaches and clinical embryologists. They provide support to help you understand your treatment better.
Coaching aims to help you feel better prepared and more confident when you're making decisions about your treatment.
Sessions are confidential, non-judgemental and tailored to your needs or concerns. They last 50 minutes and we book them to fit in at appropriate stages of your treatment.
The coaching sessions are free, but this is a limited service and we cannot guarantee availability. You can book a 20 minute introductory session to find out if coaching is suitable for you. Coaching is not suitable if you're having counselling or waiting for a counselling appointment.
Appointments are by video or telephone.
