Sachin Malde

Consultant urological surgeon

Biography

Sachin Malde has been a consultant urological surgeon at Guy's and St Thomas' since 2016.

He performs a range of surgical procedures for:

  • urinary incontinence
  • bladder dysfunction due to neurological conditions
  • bladder pain
  • urinary tract infections

He also performs blue-light (photodynamic) cystoscopy to diagnose and manage superficial bladder tumours.

He is an associate member on the European Association of Urology guidelines panel. He has also been a tutor on a number of national specialist training courses run by:

  • the British Association of Urological Surgeons
  • the Royal College of Surgeons
  • the Royal Society of Medicine
