Appointments

Your appointment will be face-to-face at our clinic on a Thursday.

We sometime offer telephone appointments. This is usually for follow-up appointments with your results.

How to get an appointment

You can ask your hospital doctor to refer you.

• option 1 to cancel an existing appointment
• option 2 to book or reschedule a follow-up appointment
• option 3 to book or reschedule a new appointment

Before your appointment

Stop taking any antihistamines for 2 days before your appointment if you can.

Please bring all medicines you take.

We'll ask you to complete some questionnaires on an app before you arrive.

During your appointment

You'll usually only need one appointment with us.

We'll do some tests with you. These may include blood tests.

We'll also check how your skin reacts to things like pressure or cold.

After your appointment

We'll send a letter to the doctor who referred you. You and your GP will also receive a copy.

We'll give you a diagnosis and a plan for you to manage your condition.

If you need a follow-up appointment it will usually be with the doctor who referred you. This may be a telephone appointment.
