Phone: 020 7188 5106

Please call us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

Before your appointment

We'll contact you to book an appointment.

We will ask you to complete some questionnaires. They will help us adapt your exercise programme to meet your needs.

You will need:

  • to wear loose, comfortable clothing and supportive shoes, preferably trainers
  • a drink and healthy snack
  • any fast-acting medicines that you use, such as inhalers or GTN sprays
  • access to a computer with a camera

During your appointment

Classes take place online.

  • Tuesday, 10am to 11am, intermediate class,
  • Tuesday, 11am to midday, beginners class
  • Friday, 1.15pm to 2pm, intermediate class
  • Friday, 2.15pm to 3pm, beginners class

We will send you the link to the class.

You will need to attend classes for 12 consecutive weeks. We also ask you practise the exercises on at least 2 other days each week.

The classes include a variety of exercises that you do in your own home. You'll learn how to warm up, cool down and progress the exercises safely. We'll check your progress and your fitness levels throughout the sessions.

After your appointment

If you'd like to carry on exercising after the programme ends, we'll be able to tell you what is available in your area.
