Referrals

We accept referrals from:

GPs
physiotherispts
district nurses
patients
carers

GP and other health professionals

Please complete the continence advisory service (CAS) referral form and email it to us.

We accept referrals for adults over 18 years old:

with any type of bladder, bowel or pelvic floor dysfunction
who are non-housebound
registered with a GP in Lambeth or Southwark

We do not accept referrals for:

children under 18 years old
people who are housebound

Self-referrals

You can self-refer for an appointment if we've seen you within the last 6 months.
