Making a referral

We accept referrals from any hospital within the UK.

• Referrals from 8am to 8pm: call the consultant in charge on 020 7188 2270 or 020 7188 2271.
• Referrals at other times: call the specialist registrar on call. To do this, call the bleep desk 020 7188 3206, ask for bleep 0610 and wait for a response.

Referrals from other hospitals must include a completed inter-provider minimum data set. Make sure one is sent within 48 hours of referral.

Post-critical care follow-up clinic

Patients can be referred to our post-critical care follow-up clinic by a health professional or can self refer.
