Making a referral

The dental services referral page has information about how to refer to our service.

We don't accept referrals from GPs or general dental practitioners for radiography.

Cone beam CT scans

For cone beam CT scans, we accept referrals from outside Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust where there is an agreement in place. Please complete the referral form.
