About CITI
Our mission is to support staff at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust deliver better, faster and fairer healthcare.
We work with staff who have:
- identified a healthcare problem which may be solved through innovation, transformation and/or improvement processes
- an idea or solution to help improve our services
Our expertise allows us to deliver improvement and transformation and to develop new solutions to important healthcare challenges.
Our close links with clinical, scientific and technical specialists across the Trust support us to:
- provide information about where to go for support
- identify the most appropriate solution to the problem
- provide a point of entry for commercial organisations looking for an NHS partner
We believe that collaborations are important for our success, and work closely with our partners and other companies, not-for-profit organisations and the public to help deliver our mission.
