Biography
Vivek Datta is a consultant general and colorectal surgeon.
Vivek is interested in all aspects of colorectal surgery including:
- rectal bleeding and pain
- inflammatory bowel disease
- colorectal cancer
- colonoscopy
- intestinal failure
- hernia and emergency general surgery.
He holds a specialist interest in laparoscopic colorectal surgery and is on the steering group for the National Training Programme in Laparoscopic Colorectal Surgery.
