We can supply you with equipment that could help, such as pelvic belts, crutches and wrist splints.

We also offer exercises classes.

  • Dynamic core control class – a class for pregnant people to strengthen muscles in their back, pelvis and hips.
  • Antenatal class – this is for people who are over 12 weeks pregnant and provides information about low back pain, pelvic pain and pelvic floor. Please email [email protected] if you would like to attend.
  • Hydrotherapy – group hydrotherapy sessions for people during pregnancy. These take place at St Thomas' Hospital.
