Making a referral

We accept referrals from GPs and other health professionals. Patients can also self-refer.

Please email or phone us to make a referral.

We accept referrals for people who:

• are aged 16 or over and need neurological rehabilitation
• are registered with a GP or live in:
  • Bexley
  • Bromley
  • Greenwich
  • Lambeth
  • Lewisham
  • Southwark

Urgent referrals

If your referral is urgent, please let us know and we'll prioritise it.
