Making a referral

We accept referrals from GPs and hospital specialists.

We see patients who live in:

• Lambeth
• Southwark
• Lewisham

GP referrals

Please complete the ultrasonic angiology vascular ultrasound request form and email it to us.

Tertiary referrals

We also accept tertiary referrals for patients in the south of England.

Please email your referral to us.

Urgent referrals

If you have requested an urgent referral, we'll arrange an appointment within 5 days.

Depending on the urgency of the scan, the appointment will be given at the earliest opportunity and may be made at short notice.
