Sign up to our new patient app
If you have maternity care at Guy’s and St Thomas’, you can use MyChart, our new app and website. MyChart lets you securely access your health and pregnancy information, see appointment details, and makes it easier to communicate with us.
MyChart replaced BadgerNotes on 5 October. You can still access BadgerNotes but you won't see any new information as we now use MyChart to update your records.

Specialist care during pregnancy
We provide specialist care at every stage of pregnancy, in our units and specialist clinics. Find out more about our:

Research
Research is vital to improving the care that you receive when you're unwell. You can help improve healthcare by taking part in research studies at our Trust. During your appointment, ask your healthcare professional about research. They'll be happy to tell you about research studies you could be eligible to join.
